Anima and Objects Much of my work compositing original and archived photographs with letters and other objects is concerned with the folding of time, culture and the forces in nature. I look to my own family, society and ethnicity as windows through which to look at greater archetypes. I have also discovered that bookmaking and object-making, especially with encaustic, allows me to tell stories in a variety of intimate, tactile, linear and non-linear ways. |
